This is a casual position, with the potential to offer full time for the right candidate. All levels of chef are welcome to apply. What you will be doing: Focus on the daily operations of the Hotel's Food & Beverage Outlets, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service and functions. Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, ensuring Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point regulations are adhered to. Assisting and liaising with the Chef on duty as required.
