Rattaché aux Chargés d'Affaires SAS (SMAC Assistance Service - travaux d'entretien/maintenance), vous assurez la conduite des différents chantiers et l’encadrement de l’équipe en relai des Chargé d’affaires SAS. PREPARATION DU CHANTIER Assister techniquement les chargées d’affaires pour réalisation des chiffrages suivant besoin/connaissance du site. Prendre connaissance des éléments transmis : Plan de prévention/analyse de risque, travaux à réaliser, planning prévu, contact sur place. Anticiper les besoins en matériel (sécurité/matière) avec la chargée d’affaires avant l’intervention. DEMARRAGE DU CHANTIER Identifier la zone de chantier Analyser l’environnement d’intervention sur chaque intervention : contact client, mise en place de sécurité provisoire si absence de sécurité sur site, repérage des travaux prévus. Veiller à la mise en place et au maintien de la sécurité pendant la durée de l’intervention. Respecter la liste des travaux prévus. Identifier d’éventuels points de vigilances en toiture et prendre les éléments (côtes, nature, quantité,…) pour transmission à la chargée d’affaire Alimenter le rapport sur l’application dédiée (photos, commentaires, informations) SUIVI ET CONTRÔLE DE L’EXECUTION Assister techniquement les compagnons (dont formation au besoin) Contrôler la qualité du travail effectué Réceptionner et contrôler les livraisons de matériels et matériaux Gérer et organiser les zones de stockage, le stock chantier Veiller au respect des temps d’exécution définis Approvisionner les zones de travail en matériaux et matériels suivant l’avancement du chantier Assurer la liaison avec les locations Anticiper et organiser le travail de son équipe Informer son supérieur hiérarchique de l’avancement du chantier et des problèmes rencontrés ANIMATION DE L’EQUIPE Faire signer le PDP aux compagnons et intervenants externes, et le signer Assurer l’accueil sécurité des nouveaux collaborateurs Animer le point sécurité et s’assurer de remplir la fiche starter Garantir la bonne entente de l’équipe Evaluer les compétences individuelles des membres de son équipe et faire un retour à sa hiérarchie Assurer l’intégration et la formation des nouveaux embauchés S’assurer du port des EPI par les membres de son équipe Informer son équipe de l’avancement du chantier et des objectifs Réaliser les pointages hebdomadaires des heures travaillées et les transmettre aux chargées d’affaires Fixer les objectifs pour la journée/ semaine CLÔTURE DU CHANTIER Finaliser le rapport SAS Assurer le nettoyage quotidien du chantier Veiller au respect du matériel Gérer et contrôler le démontage et le repli du matériel de chantier Informer le client de la fin d’exécution des travaux et lui indiqué les points de vigilances identifiés.
