La présente consultation s’inscrit dans l’activité du Pôle Socles et Services Réseaux, et couvre l’ensemble des tâches de conduite de projets sur le périmètre WAN, LAN, Wifi et ToIP des sites abonnés sous gouvernance de la DSTRS. Activités des prestations : Analyser les besoins des demandeurs et les accompagner dans la rédaction de leurs expressions de besoins. Établir le plan de management du projet (organisation, rôles et responsabilités, livrables, calendrier) avec les parties prenantes (opérateur, mainteneurs locaux). Valider les commandes d’évolutions et planifier les travaux. Animer et coordonner la mise en œuvre des projets. Piloter l’avancement des travaux (coûts, délais, risques). Animer et rendre compte aux instances du projet (indicateurs de suivi, tableaux de bord). Traiter des GDI, GDC, et escalades sur les incidents critiques et majeurs. Qualifications Compétences techniques requises : Maîtrise des méthodes de gestion de projet.
