JOB OVERVIEW

We are a vibrant Turkish restaurant in Dagenham, offering a rich and authentic menu that includes cold and hot meze, charcoal-grilled kebabs, lahmacun, ali nazik, traditional soups, fresh salads, and homemade desserts like baklava. We’re looking for a skilled Turkish Chef who can bring passion, precision, and creativity to our kitchen.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques.
  • Previous supervisory or team management experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen environment.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
