Candidates should ensure they can commute to the hotel independently, as it is outside the Amsterdam city centre and may require their own transportation. The hotel primarily caters to business guests, touring groups, (stranded) Schiphol travellers, multi-day event attendees, and some leisure travellers. Facilities include a contemporary brasserie, stylish bar, and inviting lounge.
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie with a strong interest in banqueting-style production kitchens to join our diverse team. In this role, you will focus on preparing high-volume buffets and group meals, including lunches and dinners for meetings, events, and hotel guests, as well as breaks for conferences. While à la carte service is part of the role, the primary focus is large-scale group catering.
