Vos missions : Encadrer et coordonner les équipes sur l’ensemble des chantiers. Organiser et planifier les travaux en veillant au respect des délais, des coûts et de la qualité. Assurer la bonne exécution des travaux et contrôler le respect des plans et des normes techniques. Former et accompagner les chefs d’équipe, compagnons et apprentis dans leur montée en compétences. Servir d’interface privilégiée avec les clients, les bureaux d’études et les autres corps de métier. Participer à la résolution des problèmes techniques et à l’optimisation des méthodes de travail. Garantir le respect des règles de sécurité et des procédures internes sur les chantiers.
