Description du poste EN TANT QUE CHEF DE RANG Sous la direction du Maitre d'hôtel, vous aurez pour missions principales de : Etre responsable du bon déroulement du service et assurez une qualité d’accueil et de services personnalisés auprès de notre clientèle. Connaitre parfaitement la carte afin de répondre aux attentes des clients. Procéder notamment aux différentes opérations de service et de mise en place dans le respect des standards de qualité et procédures en vigueur au sein de votre hôtel. Qualifications Idéalement issu(e) d’une formation hôtelière type BEP/CAP, BAC PRO, BTS vous justifiez d’une expérience significative d’au moins 2 années à un poste et établissement similaire ; Vous disposez d’une excellente présentation et d’un bon relationnel ; Faire plaisir est votre première motivation; Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe mais savez être autonome ; D’un naturel avenant et souriant, vous savez faire face à la pression du coup de feu; La connaissance de Pi est un plus ; La maitrise de l’anglais est obligatoire, une autre langue est un plus.
