Développer des produits spécifiques à la marque : sourcing, sélection et négociation fournisseurs, élaboration du cahier des charges produits. Gérer et développer les familles de produits afin de maximiser la rentabilité et répondre aux besoins clients. Gestion & Développement Produits Piloter et coordonner le suivi de l’équipe durant les différentes phases de développement. Établir les rétroplannings des lancements de collections. Assurer le suivi de l’avancement des projets en cours. Organiser et planifier les conventions annuelles. Superviser les activités interservices (merchandising, communication, service client, formation…) afin de garantir le succès des lancements produits. Suivi Budgétaire & Performance Mener annuellement les négociations tarifaires auprès des fournisseurs. Garantir la compétitivité et la rentabilité des produits conformément aux objectifs définis. Assurer le suivi budgétaire des gammes. Veille & Analyse Réaliser une veille concurrentielle et analyser les tendances du marché. Établir les reportings mensuels relatifs aux nouveaux produits. Analyser les performances des gammes afin d’identifier les opportunités d’amélioration. Profil recherché : Expérience confirmée en Achat, négociation,gestion de produits ou développement de gammes.
