Vos missions principales : Piloter l’ensemble du projet : cadrage, planification, suivi d’avancement, reporting, gestion des risques et plans d’actions. Assurer une interface fluide entre les équipes métiers (systèmes, logiciel, hardware, essais, qualité…), la direction projet, le client et les partenaires. Collecter, analyser et formaliser les besoins client et les exigences techniques associées. Contribuer à la définition de l’architecture système et à la coordination des choix techniques majeurs. Réaliser les estimations de charges et le pilotage de la capacité (plan de charge, staffing, priorisation). Garantir le respect des contraintes qualité, sûreté et normatives propres au secteur ASD. Superviser les phases d’intégration, de validation, de qualification et de livraison. Assurer le suivi des livrables projet : documents techniques, dossiers de justification, plans/procédures de tests, comptes rendus. Contribuer à la capitalisation projet et à l’amélioration continue des méthodes, process et outils. Encadrer et animer une équipe pluridisciplinaire en favorisant la montée en compétences et la cohésion. Qualifications Formation / Expérience Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur ou d’une formation équivalente Bac+5 (ingénierie systèmes, électronique, informatique industrielle, aéronautique, mécanique…). Vous justifiez d’au moins 4 ans d’expérience en environnement industriel complexe, avec une première expérience en pilotage de projet ou coordination technique. Une expérience dans les domaines Aéronautique, Spatial ou Défense est un réel atout. Compétences techniques Très bonne compréhension des systèmes complexes (ADA, embarqué, avionique, etc.) et des environnements multi-métiers. Maîtrise des activités de pilotage projet : planning, jalons, gestion des charges, risques, KPI. Connaissance des cycles projets type cycle en V (et/ou modèles hybrides). Bonne culture de la gestion des exigences, traçabilité, justification. Qualités personnelles Excellent sens de l’organisation et capacité à prioriser dans un contexte exigeant.
