Rejoindre la DUI, c’est participer concrètement à une industrie utile, au service de la transition écologique. Basé(e) en Région Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, rattaché(e) au Responsable Maintenance de notre Centre de Tri situé à Nice (06), dans le respect des consignes d'hygiène, de sécurité et du système de qualité, vos missions principales seront les suivantes : Technique / Exploitation : - Assurer la maintenance préventive des équipements du centre de tri. - Participer à l’analyse des pannes et/ou incidents avec les services d’exploitation et de maintenance. - Appliquer les procédures d'intervention et être en mesure de proposer des axes d'amélioration. - Gérer les arrêts processus en mettant tout en œuvre pour les limiter en quantité et en durée. - Assurer la traçabilité des interventions et des informations via la GMAO. - Animer l'inventaire du stock de pièces de rechange, enregistrer les entrées-sorties de matériels suite aux opérations de maintenance, gérer les réapprovisionnements afin de maintenir un stock jour. - Effectuer les rondes de maintenance pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de tous les équipements. - Construire les plans de maintenance préventive et organiser leur bonne application. Prévention Santé Sécurité (PSS) / Environnement : - S’assurer du respect de la réglementation et de la politique et recommandations en matière de santé et sécurité, des conditions de travail, de la qualité et du respect de l'environnement, les appliquer et les faire appliquer. - Réaliser les contrôles réglementaires relatifs aux installations. - Veiller à la propreté et à l’image du site et à son impact environnemental. - Réaliser des consignations / déconsignations. - Intervenir sur les installations en fonction de son niveau d’habilitation. - Utiliser les moyens de manutention en fonction de son habilitation. Management / Gestion du personnel : - Organiser et suivre le travail des équipes de maintenance à l’aide de la GMAO. - Superviser et encadrer des prestataires externes. - Travailler en lien avec les équipes d’exploitation et assurer l’interface. - Remonter tout manquement à sa hiérarchie pour exercer le droit disciplinaire.
