JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production and management, with experience in fine dining and catering. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences while leading a team of kitchen staff to ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in the culinary field with a focus on fine dining and catering.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Proficient in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques.
  • Experience in inventory management and control processes.
  • Background in restaurant management or food service management is preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and front-of-house staff.
