Votre mission principale consistera à assurer la conduite et la coordination de chantiers de construction, de rénovation ou de maintenance des lignes électriques aériennes haute tension (HTA/HTB), dans le respect des exigences de sécurité, qualité, coût et délai. Gestion de chantier Préparer, organiser et piloter les interventions sur les liaisons aériennes Participer à la planification des travaux Réaliser les visites de site, valider les accès, les implantations et les moyens à déployer Gérer les équipes sur le terrain (interne ou sous-traitance) Coordonner les activités en lien avec les autres intervenants Sécurité & Qualité Faire appliquer les règles de sécurité en vigueur Réaliser les briefings sécurité et veiller à l'application des règles Suivre les procédures qualité et participer aux audits internes/externes Veiller au respect des normes techniques et environnementales Suivi opérationnel Contrôler l'avancement et la conformité des travaux Gérer les imprévus techniques ou organisationnels Réaliser le reporting quotidien/hebdomadaire à la hiérarchie et au client Participer à la réception des travaux 🧠 COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES ET SAVOIR-FAIRE Excellente connaissance des techniques de construction et maintenance des lignes aériennes HTA/HTB Maîtrise des plans d’exécution, schémas et dossiers techniques Capacité à organiser et sécuriser une zone de travail en environnement à risque électrique Connaissance des normes RTE Qualifications Formation : Bac à Bac+2 dans les domaines de l’électrotechnique, de la maintenance industrielle, du génie électrique ou travaux publics. Formation en sécurité électrique (H2, B2, BR, BC...) à jour. Expérience : Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en chantier LA ou en exploitation de lignes électriques HTA/HTB. Une première expérience sur un chantier RTE est fortement appréciée. Qualités requises : Leadership de terrain et sens de l’organisation. Réactivité, rigueur et autonomie.
