Vi genomför samordnade upphandlingar enligt lagen om offentlig upphandling (LOU) för varor och tjänster kopplade till byggnation, renovering och förvaltning av fastigheter. Vi är verksamma inom ett 50-tal avtalsområden och med över 200 ramavtal stödjer vi dagligen våra medlemmar i att förvalta och utveckla boendet för sina hyresgäster. Ett samordnat och professionellt inköpsarbete skapar både ekonomiska effekter och trygghet i genomförandet. Som affärschef behöver du förstå detta sammanhang och kunna omsätta det i affär, prioriteringar och utveckling av vårt erbjudande. I denna utvecklingsfas rekryterar HBV en affärschef som tar ett samlat ansvar för att driva affären framåt. Om uppdraget Som affärschef leder du affärsavdelningen som består av två enheter, Marknad och kommunikation samt Affärsutveckling. Enheterna leds av enhetschefer och inom avdelningen finns regionansvariga, kommunikatörer, hållbarhetsstrateg, projektledare samt affärsutvecklare. Du leder verksamheten genom andra och säkerställer att arbetet bedrivs enligt framtagna processer, i nära samverkan med övriga enheter på HBV. Enheten Marknad och kommunikation ansvarar för HBVs kommunikation via webb, nyhetsbrev, HBV-m och sociala medier. Marknadskampanjer, event, mässor och möten med våra medlemmar övriga kunder och leverantörer är en central del av arbetet. Möten sker på alla nivåer och i både digitala och fysiska format, där du som affärschef är en mycket aktiv del. Ditt uppdrag är att utveckla hur HBV möter sina medlemmar och säkerställa högsta möjliga medlemsnytta. Enheten Affärsutveckling driver utvecklingen av våra avtal och erbjudanden i samarbete med enheten Ramavtal. Arbetet omfattar att säkerställa långsiktigt hållbara avtal som möter krav på hållbarhet och samtidigt tar tillvara möjligheterna i digitalisering. Du ansvarar för att HBV möter både dagens uttalade behov och framtida behov hos våra medlemmar.
