Provide detailed information about various car models, features, pricing, and options to help customers make informed decisions. Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and answer any questions or concerns. Conduct virtual product demonstrations and provide personalized presentations to prospective customers. Assist customers in the vehicle selection process, considering their budget, lifestyle, and specific requirements. Negotiate pricing and financing options to ensure a satisfactory sales transaction for both the customer and the dealership. Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction goals. Maintaining CSI above regional average. Stay up to date in product knowledge, current promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers. Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process. Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless buying experience for customers.
