Clearance and Settlement Facilitation: Act as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to the clearance, settlement, and investigation of client securities and derivatives. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues that could impact timely settlement. Monitor transaction statuses and escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders. Provide expert support and processing capabilities across a diverse range of financial instruments, including: Equities: Processing of common stocks, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), Warrants, Rights, and American/Global Depositary Receipts (ADR/GDR). Debt Instruments: Handling of various fixed-income products. Structured Products: Processing of complex structured investment vehicles. Options: Managing equity and other options contracts. Physical Certificates: Overseeing transactions involving physical security certificates. Operational Excellence: Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and controls. Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Participate in testing and implementation of new systems or process enhancements. Serve as a go-to expert for complex operational queries and problem resolution within the wealth investment operations domain.
