Overview We are seeking a MEICA Manager to lead and support both clean and wastewater projects. In this role, you will drive business development, provide pre-construction support, and cultivate strong client relationships. What you'll be doing You will be responsible for establishing and growing Stonbury’s MEICA capability across our existing framework agreements. • Lead and develop MEICA opportunities and build strong senior-level relationships across the water sector to position Stonbury as a trusted partner. • Agree a MEICA Business Plan (BP) for approval, adopt, adhere to and maintain the BP thereafter. • Generate and qualify enquiries to maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with Stonbury’s strategy, representing the business at meetings, reviews, forums, and industry events. • Provide leadership with insight on market trends, competitor activity, framework opportunities, and emerging technologies (e.g. ICA/SCADA, low-carbon and energy-efficient solutions). • Lead or support all elements of MEICA tenders: scoping, methodology, programmes, risk registers, value engineering and buildability. • Support pre-qualification and framework bid submissions, ensuring Stonbury’s MEICA experience, accreditations and innovation are clearly evidenced. • Utilise specialist MEICA experience to oversee the delivery of MEICA elements on projects typically ranging from £100k–£5m, integrating with existing civils and refurbishment teams. • Ensure projects are delivered safely, to programme, within budget and to required quality and regulatory standards (including WIMES, BS EN standards and water company specifications). • Line-manage MEICA team members as they are recruited; provide clear direction, coaching, performance management and succession planning. • Manage relationships with MEICA suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring capability, capacity and commercial competitiveness. • Ensure all MEICA works comply with CDM 2015, relevant electrical and machinery regulations, water industry standards and Stonbury’s certifications. • Produce accurate and timely reports on MEICA pipeline, bid activity, project performance, risks and opportunities for internal stakeholders.
