Description du poste Dans le cadre de notre développement sur le secteur automobile, nous recherchons un technicien méthodes industrielles F/H Rattaché(e) au Responsable Méthodes, vous aurez pour mission de rendre la production plus efficiente, plus sûre et plus efficace : · Préparation : Créer ou modifier les gammes de fabrication, les nomenclatures et les instructions de travail, des notions d’ergonomies seraient un plus. · Terrain : Implanter les nouveaux postes de travail et concevoir du petit outillage spécifiques (gabarits, outils de montage), savoir rédiger des CDC et faire le suivi des fournisseurs extérieurs. · Performance : Analyser et optimiser les temps de production, identifier les goulots d'étranglement ( mesures chronos, MTM …) · Amélioration Continue : Déployer les outils du Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen, SMED) pour réduire les gaspillages. · Interface : Collaborer avec la qualité pour traiter les non-conformités et avec la maintenance pour l’aspect maintenance préventive.
