Qualifications 5-6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within technical, engineering, construction or energy/natural resources environments (corporate or agency). Proven ability to recruit for technical and project-based roles and engage passive candidates through proactive sourcing and market mapping. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide strategic guidance, influence decisions, and manage expectations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with candidates and stakeholders.
