About the Role: The Associate I plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of products within the distribution network. This position focuses on supporting the day-to-day operations of the distribution center, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory to meet customer demands. The role requires close collaboration with team members to maintain inventory accuracy and uphold safety standards. The Associate I will contribute to optimizing workflow processes to enhance overall distribution efficiency. Ultimately, this position supports the seamless movement of goods from the warehouse to customers, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational success.
