We’re looking for a Lead Veterinary Client Care Representative who shares our passion for animals and people—and who’s ready to lead by example.
Position Summary:
As the Lead Client Care Representative, you will be the face of our practice and a key point of contact for clients. This leadership role requires strong communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and team coordination. You will oversee front desk operations, support and train client care team members, and ensure that every client interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive check-in/check-out experience
Supervise and support front desk staff in daily operations
Handle scheduling, appointment confirmations, and client communications
Train new client care representatives and provide ongoing coaching
Monitor and ensure compliance with clinic protocols and customer service standards
Resolve client concerns with empathy and professionalism
Coordinate with medical and support staff to ensure smooth workflow
Manage inventory of office supplies and front desk materials
Assist with billing, payments, and maintaining accurate client records
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
2+ years of veterinary or medical receptionist experience required
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role strongly preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills (experience with veterinary software a plus)
Genuine love of animals and commitment to client care
