Description • Lead, mentor, and manage the Post Closing team to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to deadlines. • Oversee the review and validation of loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Non-QM guidelines. • Conduct quality control audits on closed loans to ensure all investor and regulatory requirements are met prior to shipment. • Collaborate with underwriting, processing, funding, and secondary marketing to resolve post-closing conditions and deficiencies. • Ensure timely delivery of closed loan files to investors and custodians. • Identify trends, defects, and process gaps and implement corrective actions. • Assist in developing, refining, and enforcing post-closing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality. • Serve as a subject matter expert for Non-QM post-closing guidelines and investor requirements. • Monitor pipeline flow, turn times, and productivity metrics for the Post Closing team. • Provide exceptional internal customer service and maintain strong partnerships with internal departments and external investors. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of experience as a Pipefitter and be familiar with new construction installations. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check and drug test are also required.
