What you’ll do Open the office each morning, ensuring everything is prepared for staff arrival (coffee made, snacks stocked, office tidy and presentable). Manage inventory and ordering office supplies, snacks, drinks, and kitchen/pantry items. Coordinate and manage office maintenance and repairs, liaising with building management and vendors as needed. Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including common areas, kitchens, and meeting rooms. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Support staff with booking meeting rooms and other office resources. Greet and welcome staff, clients, and guests at the front desk, providing a professional and friendly first impression. Handle visitor management Support catering, room setup, and other logistical details for in-office events, including client lunches, breakfasts, and other gatherings. Ensure smooth event operations and provide on-site support as needed. Oversee intern admin assignments and provide guidance. The base salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and market data.
