Bounce Activations is an experiential marketing agency delivering brand activations across the UK. We are a small, hands-on team working with major brands to deliver campaigns from idea to reality.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Client Manager to take the lead on managing some of our most important client accounts. The role focuses on building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and working with our internal teams to deliver campaigns that meet those needs.
You will be responsible for growing accounts by spotting opportunities, writing proposals, and supporting new business activity, while ensuring that day-to-day client communication runs smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the main point of contact for key clients, managing relationships on a day-to-day basis
• Understand client objectives and work with internal teams to develop suitable campaign solutions
• Oversee the briefing process and ensure client feedback is managed effectively
• Work closely with the creative and production teams to deliver campaigns in line with client expectations
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and budgets for new projects
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and contribute to new business development
• Report on client account performance and maintain accurate records
