Description du poste En tant qu’huissier ou huissière d'accueil, vous assurez l'accueil et l’orientation des patients et patientes, du public et des collaborateur et collaboratrices. Vous proposez un accueil courtois, chaleureux, compétent et orienté solutions tant en face à face qu'au téléphone, contribuant ainsi activement à l’image de marque de l’hôpital. Vous desservez les centrales téléphoniques des sites d'affectation, accompagner les patients et patientes dans les unités de soins. Vous gérez les objets trouvés de l'hôpital, assurez le tri du courrier ainsi que la gestion de matériels de prêt aux collaborateurs et collaboratrices (clés, badges, vestiaires, parkings). Qualifications Vous possédez un CFC d’employé ou employée de commerce ou d’une école hôtelière, ou une formation jugée équivalente. Une expérience au sein d'une équipe offrant un service d'accueil pour un grand nombre de clients et clientes est un atout majeur. Vous êtes parfaitement à l'aise avec les outils informatiques. Vous avez une excellente maîtrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral et l’écrit et avez de l’aisance à vous exprimer en anglais (niveau B1 minimum).
