Ready to take your leadership skills to the next level? We’re looking for an experienced leader at our established centre in Highgate to take on a temporary opportunity to cover a parental leave position (initially for 6 months, from the end of September 2025, with a possibility of extension). This is your chance to help build something extraordinary and create a lasting impact. 

• Lead, inspire, and support your team to deliver exceptional care. 
• Design and implement a high-quality educational program based on Buttercups Pedagogy Standards. 
• Foster strong, positive relationships with families and the wider community. 
• Participate in the organisation and setting up of the centre, including staff recruitment.  
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the centre with a focus on excellence and compliance. 
• Create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes children’s well-being and development.
