Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Compliance Administrator to join our team in managing the compliance of completed jobs that are to be submitted to funders, to make sure there are no errors. The ideal candidate will have experience in office procedures, attention to detail, and possess strong organisational skills.
Duties:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency
- Organise and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with clerical tasks such as typing, data entry, and phone etiquette
- Coordinate appointments with customers regarding work
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support the team with general administrative tasks
- Computerise office systems for improved workflow
- Utilise OneDrive for document management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
- Competency in office procedures and protocols
- Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently
- Skilful in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
