Beschrijving van het bedrijf Dit maak jij als Realisatie Manager Ben jij een resultaatgerichte Realisatie Manager met een stevige achtergrond in de uitvoering en de ambitie om grootschalige projecten te leiden? Bij Strukton Civiel NL krijg je de kans om binnen het meerjarige EU‑367 programma Civiele Werkzaamheden voor Grote Lijnenprojecten het verschil te maken. Jij stuurt de realisatie van complexe civieltechnische projecten aan – projecten met een omvang groter dan €50 miljoen – op meer dan 100 bouwlocaties in een multidisciplinaire omgeving. Je werkt binnen een langdurige samenwerking met TenneT, waarbij jij als Realisatie Manager hét aanspreekpunt bent voor de operationele uitvoering. Met jouw achtergrond als senior uitvoerder, hoofduitvoerder of technisch manager heb je minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in het zelfstandig aansturen van de bouwplaats op een middelgroot en complex project, en ben je toe aan een rol waarin jouw verantwoordelijkheid en impact aanzienlijk groter worden. Deze werkzaamheden vinden plaats vóór en ná de verzwaring van bestaande hoogspanningslijnen en de bouw van nieuwe verbindingen. TenneT kiest voor deze aanpak zodat gespecialiseerde lijn- en mastbouwers zo efficiënt mogelijk kunnen werken. Samenwerking is daarbij het fundament van het project én van ons succes: Strukton Civiel NL combineert technische expertise, landelijke slagkracht en sterke verbinding met de lokale omgeving. Functieomschrijving Dit wordt jouw team Je start direct op de projectlocatie in Roosendaal op het project ZWO380kV Oost, waar je onderdeel wordt van een gedreven IPM‑projectteam. Je werkt nauw samen met TenneT‑bouwleiders, uitvoerders, maatvoerders, kwaliteitsmedewerkers en nevenaannemers. Na afronding van dit project stroom je door naar een vergelijkbaar vervolgproject. De werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit: Het realiseren van fundaties en werkterreinen voor nieuwe 380/150 kV vakwerkmasten. Circa 235 mastfundaties, verdeeld over meerdere percelen. Civieltechnische werkzaamheden, tijdelijke voorzieningen en definitieve terreinafwerking. Een multidisciplinair speelveld met veel stakeholders, verspreid over tientallen kilometers tracé. Binnen Strukton Civiel NL maak je deel uit van een hechte club professionals die landelijk samenwerken aan projecten met impact. Jouw projecten zijn groot, complex en multidisciplinair. De betrokkenheid binnen het team is groot — en dat voel je elke dag. Functie-eisen Hiermee maak jij het verschil Als Realisatie Manager stuur je de volledige uitvoering aan, met een span of control van 2–10 fte direct en 25–50 fte indirect. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor planning, veiligheid, kwaliteit, omgeving, logistiek en voortgang. Daarnaast stem je dagelijks af met TenneT, lokale stakeholders en nevenaannemers. Je weet precies hoe seriematige bouwprocessen werken, je ziet continu verbetermogelijkheden en je bent proactief in het signaleren van risico’s én het verzilveren van kansen. Dankzij jouw analytisch vermogen kun je moeiteloos verbanden leggen in planning, voortgang en budgetten. Je kent alle GROTIK‑aspecten als geen ander en weet hiermee de realisatie soepel te organiseren. Je verdeelt je tijd effectief tussen binnen het IPM‑team en buiten op de bouwplaats.
