We are seeking a proactive and skilled Human Resource Officer to join our team. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong supervisory experience, the ability to manage multiple HR functions, and the expertise to leverage data and HR systems to support strategic decision-making.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in HR operations and recruitment, ideally within the construction or related industries.
• Strong background in supervising teams and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse HR data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead recruitment processes across various levels, with a focus on sourcing and onboarding talent for the construction industry.
• Supervise HR staff, providing mentorship and ensuring adherence to best practices in HR management.
• Conduct HR data analysis to identify workforce trends, recruitment gaps, and training needs, supporting strategic business planning.
• Develop and deliver presentations on HR initiatives, policies, and compliance requirements to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster effective communication across departments and project teams, ensuring HR objectives align with operational needs.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
