In this role, you will leverage AI and intelligent document processing technologies to transform unstructured documents into structured, actionable data. You will design, implement, and optimize end-to-end document workflows, including OCR/ICR, ML-based extraction, and human-in-the-loop validation. Working with multi-format and multi-language documents, your contributions will directly enhance automation efficiency and accuracy. You will collaborate with technical teams to integrate solutions into ERP, CRM, and database systems, while continuously improving extraction performance through model fine-tuning. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI applications and drive tangible business impact across diverse industries. Accountabilities Implement AI-powered document understanding solutions to extract, classify, and process data from unstructured documents such as invoices, contracts, and forms. Train and fine-tune machine learning models for document classification and information extraction. Configure and optimize OCR/ICR engines for high accuracy across various document types. Develop end-to-end document processing pipelines and intelligent validation workflows. Integrate document processing solutions with ERP, CRM, and database systems. Ensure multi-language and multi-format support while improving model performance and extraction accuracy. Proven experience with Document Understanding platforms such as UiPath Document Understanding, Automation Anywhere IQ Bot, or Blue Prism Decipher. Familiarity with cloud AI services including Azure Form Recognizer, Google Document AI, or AWS Textract.
