JOB PURPOSE: Under the supervision of the IT Supervisor, ensure the smooth operation of Saudi Aramco Nabors Drilling (“SANAD” or the “Organization” hereof) technology infrastructure, providing technical support, and collaborating with different departments to enhance overall efficiency. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the day-to-day operation of IT systems, ensuring reliability and performance. Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate as necessary. Manage and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security policies. Work closely with different departments to understand their technology needs. Collaborate with vendors to assess and implement new technologies. Lead IT projects from conception to completion. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery. Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization's data. Stay updated on industry best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Provide assistance to SANAD’s other business units on issues pertinent to job function; participate in performing routine checks and inspections to ensure the highest safety and quality standards are being maintained if required Take care of health, safety and environmental impact both personally, and for others who may be affected in the workplace.
