ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to work in busy, high-profile venues including pubs, bars, and nightclubs—primarily during weekend and evening hours. This is a front-line position, and you’ll often be the first point of contact for customers. Your role is crucial in creating a safe, welcoming environment while upholding the standards of T3 Security and our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Performing ID and entry checks
• Conducting customer searches where required
• Crowd management and control
• Ensuring the safety of customers, staff, and property
• Adhering to assignment instructions and health & safety protocols
• Managing incidents calmly and professionally, inside and outside of venues
• Liaising with venue management, patrons, and colleagues
• Representing T3 Security to the highest standard
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
