As a Customer Service Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include: Welcome customers and establishing a professional relationship with them. Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently while balancing a cash drawer daily and performing platform-based transactions. Responsible for maintenance, balancing and controlling vault cash. May research and address more complex inquiries regarding specific transactions.· Expand and increase customer relationships through selling and referring techniques. Provide coaching and training to less experienced branch staff. Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures. Requirements Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent 1-2 years in related retail banking and sales position, 1 year of demonstrated supervisory experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience (including military experience) may be considered. Excellent customer service/relationship building skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customer and employees Proven knowledge with financial institutions, product and services and their corresponding regulations Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Detail oriented, good organizational skills and high degree of accuracy Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one desk to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure Ability to lead, influence people, motivate, convince or negotiate Ability to receive guidance and supervision, follow work rules, work procedures, meet deadlines, punctuality and attendance standards Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Proficient reading and mathematical skills Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel), Internet and email applications Location: 137 S Main Ave, Taylor, PA 18517 Job Hours: Position will work an average of 33-38 hours Monday-Saturday.
