Functieomschrijving:

Als customer service medewerker vervul jij een cruciale rol door ervoor te zorgen dat je klanten volledig ontzorgt in hun facilitaire benodigdheden. Dagelijks gaan serviceverleners op pad om bedrijfslocaties te bevoorraden met toiletpapier, schoonmaakdoeken, handdoekrollen, etc.Op de customer service ben jij samen met je collega´s verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden van de routes voor de serviceverleners en het onderhouden/ uitbouwen van relaties. De werkzaamheden zijn:

  • Het verwerken van aanvragen;
  • Behandelen van contractwijzigingen
  • Relatiebeheer;
  • Verzorgen van een correcte back- en frontoffice;
  • Het voorbereiden van routes voor de serviceverleners.

Je werkt van maandag t/m vrijdag in de dagdiensten.
