As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Job Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone or email in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering service assistance. Problem-Solving: Identify and analyze customer needs, providing creative solutions when necessary, scheduling the appropriate services, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate management team member. Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our customer management system. Dispatching: Efficiently dispatch vehicles and coordinated personnel to meet customer requests, considering factors like location, urgency, and availability and routed to customer sites. Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of our products and door services to provide accurate information to customers.
