Drybar is a blow dry-only bar, and our philosophy is simple. Focus on one thing and be the best at it. For us that’s blowouts. In fact, our tagline says it all: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. We are looking for fantastic shift lead that manages the client experience and supervises shift operations. In addition, shift leads manage supply levels, train new front desk team members, coordinate membership sales and retention, coordinate group events, and execute the shop’s social media calendar.

SALON SHIFT LEAD/KEY HOLDER QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ Years’ Experience in a fast-paced retail, restaurant, beauty, or hospitality setting.
• Must be 21 years or older and otherwise meet the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control requirements to serve as an ABC manager.
• Proven ability to lead others.
• Commitment and dedication to customer service.
• Relates to all kinds of people, clients, vendors, and coworkers in order to manage situations to positive outcome.
• Establishes amazing professional peer relationships. Can quickly find common ground and solve problems.
• Great time management. Uses his/her time effectively and efficiently, values time, concentrates his/her efforts on the more important priorities.
• Highly organized, trustworthy, motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable.
• Must have flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including holiday availability. As a key holder, will work an opening or closing shift Friday through Tuesday.
