  Would you like to gain practical experience within an internationally operating organization? Our commercial department is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service intern. In this internship, you will be a vital link between our customers and colleagues. You will be active at the head office within one of our divisions: the Liquid Bulk division or the Dry Bulk division.
  You will start with an introduction program in our own Academy. Here, you will be immersed in who we are and the fascinating world of (intermodal) bulk transport. After that, you’ll get straight to work within our dedicated Customer Service team, where you’ll learn the ins and outs of the field and apply them in practice.
  During this internship, you’ll have the opportunity to manage your own customer portfolio, which you will gradually build up under the guidance of experienced colleagues. You will learn how to build sustainable customer relationships and how to carry out administrative tasks efficiently. The customers you will support depend in part on the languages you speak and the knowledge you bring from your studies.
  Innovation is key, so you’ll also gain insight into internal processes and have the chance to contribute to their improvement. With the support of our team, you’ll gradually become more independent so that by the end of your internship, you’ll be able to work confidently on your own.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You are currently pursuing an secondary vocational education in commercial services, account management, or a similar field.
• You are motivated to apply your knowledge in practice and develop your administrative skills and commercial insights.
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English.

• You are eager to learn, precise, proactive, and interested in transport and logistics.
• You are looking for a hands-on internship lasting at least 5 months.
