About the Role We’re looking for a reliable and well-organised Customer Service Representative / Administrator to join our Aluminium Branch on a 6-month fixed-term contract, covering leave. This is a part-time role (35 hours per week), working Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 4.30pm. In this hands-on, front-line position, you’ll support customers while helping ensure daily operations run efficiently. You’ll be the key link between customers, sales, warehouse, and transport — managing enquiries, processing orders accurately, and completing essential administrative tasks.
