Foster good working relationships with other Front of House and Kitchen staff.
Work closely with Kitchen staff to identify and develop solutions to operational problems e.g., coordination between FOH and Kitchen.
Make beverages such as coffees, teas, shakes & smoothies, plate cakes, et al.
Oversight, task, and assist FOH staff (including, as required, to run beverages & food, take customer orders & process payment, et al.) to ensure an excellent customer experience for every customer.
Clean and sanitise barista/cold drinks work areas including all equipment & tools.
Rotate & re-stock consumables, including milks, coffees, teas, cakes and bakery items, etc,.
Identify daily & weekly ordering requirements for FOH consumables e.g. milks, coffee beans, loose-leaf teas, cakes, powders, alcohol, etc., .
