Descrição do emprego DESCRIÇÃO DA FUNÇÃO Sob a supervisão do Comissário para os Assuntos Políticos, Paz e Segurança, o titular do cargo liderará os esforços de estabelecimento de redes de cooperação e de mobilização de recursos da CEDEAO junto da União Africana e dos parceiros de desenvolvimento. Ele/ela também coordenará e irá viabilizar o desenrolar de projetos, monitorização, avaliação e relatórios sobre financiamento externo, além de apoiar o trabalho dos órgão internos de governança do Fundo de Paz da CEDEAO. Funções e Responsabilidades: Mobilização de Recursos: Estabelecer relações com as partes interessadas internas e externas (Estados-Membros, parceiros bilaterais e multilaterais) com vista a assegurar contribuições, preparar propostas de financiamento, conduzir negociações e garantir que os compromissos assumidos (incluindo a contribuição de 5% da Taxa Comunitária) sejam cumpridos. Responsibilities
The manager will lead resource mobilization efforts, coordinate donor-funded projects, and oversee the financial and administrative management of the ECOWAS Peace Fund.
