Qualifications Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience, including at least 10 years in senior executive or leadership roles within the industrial gases, manufacturing, or energy sectors. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline. MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable. Strong professional network within Oil & Gas, FMCG, Energy, Chemical & Allied Manufacturing, or regulatory sectors will be an advantage.
