Purpose of the Job The Talent Acquisition Manager role will be responsible for the acquisition of key talent, across multiple disciplines, locations and on all levels. This role will coach hiring managers in the full recruitment cycle, acting as an internal expert in talent attraction and selection and as an ambassador of our employer brand to candidates. Job Description Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the skills and competencies needed for various roles. Attract top talent by considering factors like job market trends, diversity, and inclusion to attract top talent. Shape the firm’s image as an employer of choice by creating and promoting an attractive employment brand to attract candidates. Actively source candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks to identify qualified individuals who align with the firm’s values and goals. Oversee the entire recruitment process – this includes screening CV’s, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and negotiating job offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Use data to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and track metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hires and based on these insights, they make informed decisions to improve the recruitment process. Actively promote diversity and inclusion within the hiring process, collaborating with HR and leadership to ensure that recruitment practices are equitable and unbiased. Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, helping them integrate into the company culture and hit the ground running. Organise and participate in employer branding events.
