Binnen het team ben jij degene die staat voor kwaliteit, die wil gaan voor ‘first time right’ en die daar zijn of haar teamgenoten in aanspoort, begeleidt en faciliteert. Een greep uit de werkzaamheden die je bij onze klanten kunt verwachten: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning en uitvoering van testactiviteiten in je DevOps HPT team; Je jaagt kwaliteit aan binnen het team. Je neemt daarbij initiatieven om shift-left en shift-right toepassingen te integreren in de manier van werken; Je zorgt voor een kwaliteitsgerichte mindset binnen het team; Je bent scherp op kwaliteit tijdens refinements en focust op goed testbare backlog items; Je werkt samen met de developers in het uitvoeren van unit testen; Je ontwikkelt, onderhoudt en optimaliseert de testscripts die je daarna bij voorkeur ook automatiseert.
