You will need to be based in the greater Chicagoland area.   Essential Job Functions * Identifies, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains building utility systems related to low voltage electric wiring controls for heating and ventilating systems, pneumatic temperature controls, pumps, air filters, and central refrigeration units * May replace switches and motors to 110 volts * Maintains relative pressures and air quantities in HVAC systems * Repairs and maintains existing plumbing systems * Repairs and maintains appliances including refrigeration and package A/C equipment * Works from building blueprints to determine location and layout of circuits, ducts and piping. Performs on the scene repairs or replaces components.
