QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Horticulture
• 3–5 years of experience in landscape construction and supervision (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
• Knowledge of landscaping materials, plant species suitable for arid climates, and irrigation techniques
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
• Familiarity with DEWA, ADM, or Dubai Municipality landscape standards
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

• Prepare, review, and modify landscape designs, planting plans, and irrigation layouts in coordination with architects and consultants
• Inspect site conditions, assess soil quality, sun orientation, and drainage to ensure suitable landscaping
• Oversee installation of irrigation systems, including drip and sprinkler systems, pumps, and control valves
• Ensure that all landscaping activities comply with local municipality standards, environmental regulations, and project specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and municipal authorities
• Monitor progress of landscape works on-site and resolve any design or execution issues
• Estimate materials, quantities, and costs and assist in procurement of plants and landscape materials
• Conduct quality inspections and prepare snag lists and handover documents
• Prepare progress reports, method statements, and maintenance schedules
• Provide technical support and guidance during post-construction maintenance phase
