Service Controls Technical Lead The Service Controls Technical lead position will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the Houston service team on both sales and field operations. The technical leader will also be responsible for leading the execution of all service work including the responding, scheduling, and performing all service requests and maintenance agreements in the Houston area. Responsibilities to include: Leads the execution efforts of assigned service business which is to include warranty-related customer issues Manage and prioritize the day-to-day scheduling of service work for the service team Assist owner-direct sales with technical aspects of bids and proposal and attend site walks as needed.
