Our client an aerospace company located in Westfield, MA is looking for an ERP Manager to join their team on a direct hire basis ASAP. This would be a Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm schedule and the client will move quickly through the interview process. The ERP Manager will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the ERP system to ensure it aligns with and supports core business operations. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to improve operational efficiency across the organization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with Infor Visual ERP
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems and business process alignment.
• Background in manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with relevant programming languages and data structures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and supply chain operations.
• Understanding of budgeting and forecasting principles.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to read and interpret internal documentation (with or without corrective lenses).
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs consistently throughout the workday.

• Manage daily ERP system operations, including user access, data security, and system upgrades.
• Serve as the ERP subject matter expert across departments.
• Ensure ERP functionality aligns with operational objectives and business processes.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify business needs and define ERP requirements.
• Lead ERP-related projects including upgrades, version migrations, and feature implementations.
• Execute post-implementation evaluations and user support.
• Implement ERP enhancements including dashboards, workflows, macros, and queries.
• Create or modify custom reports, dashboards, and data loading templates.
• Manage electronic data transfers (e.g., customer demand forecasts).
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes using ERP data.
• Assist with Year-End Physical Inventory Count.
• Collaborate with IT and Quality departments to ensure ERP-related regulatory compliance (CMMC, ISO, DFARS, ITAR, etc.).
• Develop and implement change management practices for ERP updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP configurations and procedures.
• Uphold safety procedures, including use of required PPE.
• Follow 6S workplace standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
