We are a 18+ year leading full-service Graphics and Display Solution company manufacturing Display Stands, Kiosks, Signages; Exhibition stands etc. Located in Dubai Production City. We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive / Lead Generation Specialist (Preferably Female) experts for generating sales leads by cold calling, social media platforms and other online channels.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Proven experience as Telesales Executive or similar sales role
• Experience in Printing, Advertising, Signs selling is preferred.
• Passionate about Sales and Target Achiever
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Call center experience –outbound calling
• Outstanding Negotiation, Convincing and Selling Skills
• Proficient in MS- Office – word, excel, and sales CRM software’s
• On job Training will be provided
• Candidates must be available to join immediately.
• UAE Freshers with 3-5 years of experience in their home country can also apply.
• Must be patient and capable of handling customer rejections professionally and effectively.
• Must demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.

• Cold Calling using various online and offline database or phone directories.
• Generating leads and setting up meetings / appointments for Business Development Executives
• Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Persuade the customer by demonstrating how services meet their needs
• Maintain & Manage records of calls and sales related information using CRM or related software’s.
