RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Bilingual Counselor is responsible for providing information, advice, support, and processing of applications for international students seeking placement in education institutions in UAE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Handling email, telephonic and web leads, calling them and qualifying them to walk-in leads;
· Lead generation, cold calling and qualifying corporate and institutional leads;
· Career Counseling to prospective customers;
· Any additional tasks assigned time to time as and when required;
· To follow up all enquiries and queries telephonically/ by emails;
· Involvement in all other forms of marketing activities both online and offline;
· Listening to the needs of prospects and educating the prospects;
· Willingness to contribute to any area of work as and when required;
· Maintaining records with respect to all communication happening with students;
· Building relationships with prospects;
· Achieving monthly/quarterly targets;
· Constant interaction with prospective students through cold calling;
· Liaising with centre Manager to optimize closure;
· Making cold calls when required;
· Finding new sales leads.
