QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar logistics or supply chain role.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Supply Chain Management: Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, transportation, and warehousing.
• Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and seamless supply chain execution.
• Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and forecast demand to prevent shortages.
• Shipment Tracking: Track shipments and resolve any delays or discrepancies efficiently.
• Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities adhere to local and international regulations, including customs and trade compliance.
• Cost Control: Identify opportunities for cost reduction in logistics operations without compromising service quality.
• Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on logistics performance and key metrics.
• Customer Service: Address client inquiries and complaints related to logistics, providing prompt and effective solutions.
