EXPERIENCE:

Total Civil Engineering experience: Up to 10 years
Experience in Dubai: 3-4 years (preferably in residential building projects)

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Develop, design, and plan residential building projects including villas, apartments, and multi-storied buildings.
• Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies specific to the Dubai region.
• Prepare detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee on-site construction works ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in Dubai.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, consultants, and local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai’s local building codes, government regulations, and environmental standards.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.
• Supervise construction progress and manage quality control processes.
• Lead site meetings and inspections related to residential construction.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.
