We are looking a senior accountant with 5 Years experience in Restaurants or F & B Industry
o Monthly closing accounts by deadline and necessary reports for multiple entities.
o Prepare and reconcile AP aging report with the suppliers.
o Liaise with Inter-companies to reconcile the balances and related party transaction
o Prepare and reconcile AR aging report with the customers.
o Oversee the AP and AR accountants to complete transactions in timely manner. Prepare regular required reports related to AR and AP accounts.
o Ensure collections and payments transactions are complete in timely manner
o Issue debit Note and credit Note for intercompany
o Ensure accuracy of financial statements
o Responsible for Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation related to AP function.
o Maintain and set up supplier account database.
o Review statement of account with suppliers for payment plan
o Follow internal controls.
o Complete data filing and backups.
o Assist Finance Senior personalles and support auditors as well as tax officer to complete financial report and provide for audit requirement by quarterly and Monthly.
o Manage a team of 2-4 accountants.
o Plan, assign, and delegate work.
o Coaching and appraising performance.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per mont
