Travel Consultant

• Client Consultation: Assess client needs, budgets, and preferences to recommend tailored holiday packages and flight options.
• Booking Management: execute end-to-end reservations for flights, hotels, and transfers using B2B portals or GDS systems.
• Visa Operations: Expertly handle UAE visit visa applications (30/60 days) and international tourist visas, ensuring 100% compliance with immigration rules.
• Itinerary Planning: Design detailed travel itineraries, including European tours and UAE staycations, maximizing client satisfaction.
• Customer Support: Provide 24/7 assistance for travel disruptions, re-booking, and cancellations (e.g., flight changes).
• Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by offering competitive pricing and up-selling value-added services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• TRAVEL & TOURISM: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• ENGLISH & HINDI (Preferred)
